Irvine, Calif.-based Wright Ford Young & Co. was recently named one of the “Best Places to Work in Orange County” for 2011 by the Orange County Business Journal.
The annual list, created by the Orange County Business Journal and the Best Companies Group, is compiled through a two-part survey about employer policies, practices and demographics that measures the overall employee experience.
The firm placed fourth in the small firm size category.

Sixty companies compose this year’s Best Places to Work in Orange County list, split into three groups: small-sized companies (15-59 employees), medium-sized companies (50-249 employees) and large-size companies (more than 250 employees).
