The Arena Football League shut down after the 2008 season amid financial difficulties and a slew of jokes from NFL fans. However, the league was reincarnated last year, and the Philadelphia Soul, which won its one and only professional championship in that final season, is about to be reborn too, thanks to a CPA firm.
