MGO agreed to match dollar-for-dollar employee contributions made before November 10, 2012. To spice things up, employees were divided into teams (northern California vs. southern California) and challenged to see who would contribute the most.  As a further gesture, both teams voted to forgo the prize and donate the funds earmarked for the celebration towards the effort as well.
