The Big Four -- Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PwC -- and Top 15 Firm Plante Moran have been named to Fortune Magazine's list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For for 2012.

Plante Moran ranked the highest, at No. 37. This is the fourteenth consecutive year the firm has appeared on the list.

PwC followed at No. 48, up from No. 73 last year, for its eighth consecutive appearance on the list. Ernst & Young ranked No. 59 up from No. 77 last year; Deloitte was No. 67, down from No. 63 last year; and KPMG was No. 94, down from No. 86.
