Hershey Exec to Chair FEI

Florham Park, N.J. (July 23, 2009)

Financial Executives International has named its 2009-2010 board of directors, with Gerald R. Ulrich, director of external reporting and compliance at Hershey, as the new national chair.

Ulrich has been an active FEI member since 1997 and served as co-vice president-at-large last year. He previously served on the Executive Committee as treasurer and as chair of the FEI’s Pension & Investment and Budget & Finance Committees. Ulrich was also president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter in 2001 and received the FEI Distinguished Service Award for 2007.

Other members of the board include vice chair Brian B. Ruttencutter, CFO of the Cumming Group; senior vice president-at-large George Boyadjis, executive director of CresaPartners; vice president-at-large Marsha Hunt, VP and controller of Cummins Inc.; treasurer Taylor Hawes, CFO of intellectual property and licensing at Microsoft; and secretary Katherine Anderson, CFO of the Seattle Opera.
