The Internal Revenue Service has filed a tax lien for nearly $94,000 against actress Lindsay Lohan for unpaid taxes dating back to 2009.

Sources close to Lohan told TMZ she was unaware of the unpaid taxes and had recently replaced most of her business team. The federal tax lien was filed in Los Angeles County.

Lohan has repeatedly been in trouble with the law. In 2007, the “Freaky Friday” star pleaded guilty to misdemeanor cocaine use and driving under the influence and was sentenced to one day in prison and 10 days of community service.

In February of last year, she was charged with stealing a necklace from a jewelry store and sentenced to 120 days in jail and 360 hours of community service, including work in the LA County morgue.

She is reportedly still working off the hours at the county morgue, but also received nearly $1 million from Playboy to pose for a nude photo spread. She was also recently sued by a photographer who claims she hit him with her car.
