CPA and business advisory firms Bartolomei Pucciarelli and Ballezzi & Associates have merged, effective immediately.

Going forward the firm will do business under the brand Bartolomei Pucciarelli.

With three offices in New Jersey. Bartolomei Pucciarelli provides accounting, taxation, financial and business advisory services to small and midsized businesses.

The 40-plus year old Ballezzi & Associates provides accounting and business advisory services with a specialty in the IT sector.

“We are looking to continually increase our commercial business practice,” said James Bartolomei, managing partner of Bartolomei Pucciarelli. “As the Ballezzi practice grew, they sought to join a firm with a diverse team of professionals and broader resources to support them in delivering the progressive services which both firms are known for.”
