ARIZONA

Capital Review Group, Phoenix, promoted Charles Duncan to Pacific Northwest Regional Director.

COLORADO

Darin James joined RubinBrown, Denver, as a partner in the firm’s Tax Consulting Group. …Bob Oster, of Concannon, Miller & Co., was elected to serve as chairman of AGN International-North America, Inc. Also elected to AGN-NA’s 2013 executive committee were vice chairman Chris Judy —managing partner at Thomas, Judy & Tucker; treasurer Gary Katz —managing partner at Logan Katz LLP; and as secretary Warren Barnes — managing partner at Kernutt Stokes LLP.

FLORIDA

Cecelia Garber, partner-in-charge at Marcum LLP, Miami, has been honored with the Key Partners Award.

GEORGIA

Sarah Dekutowski has joined Draffin & Tucker LLP, Atlanta, as a manager in the firm’s consulting service group serving the healthcare industry. She will also assist in the firm’s audit and accounting service group. Robert Cook joined the firm as staff accountant and will work in the firm's healthcare practice.

 

ILLINOIS

Andy Coutts, joined SS&G, Chicago, as a manager in the assurance department. Prior to SS&G Coutts worked as an audit manager at Deloitte LLP. Iuliana Binder, Dawn Dziadosz and Kenya Valentine joined as a billing specialists. …Bruce Thompson has joined Sikich LLP, Springfield, as a tax partner.

KENTUCKY

Michael Baker and Patrick McMurray has joined Louis T. Roth & Co., Louisville. Baker will take on the role of staff accountant while McMurray will take on the day-to-day operations of the firm as executive office manager.

MASSACHUSETTS

Nicholas Mastrogiacomo has joined Shepherd & Goldstein, Framingham, as a client relationship manager.

NEW YORK

David Bukzin, partner-in-charge of the SEC and transaction services practice at Marcum LLP, New York, has been named to the DealFlow Power 20, compilation of “the greatest influencers in the small cap market.” …The New York office of CBIZ MHM LLC, named Brian Ayers and Karl Knechtel directors. Jennifer Felix and Gerard D’Amato joined the group as manager and senior associate, respectively. …Grassi & Co., Jericho, recently hired Robert Schachter as tax partner within the firm's Financial Services Practice. Stephen Bracone and Barry Goodman joined the firm as an audit principals. Amy Rosenthal joined the firm as a tax principal. …Robbye Mohn joins RGL Forensics, New York. …KPMG LLP, New York, added Benjamin Lynch and Michael Murphy as principals to the firm's International Executive Services and Economic and Valuation Services practices, respectively. …Ryan Dumas has joined The Bonadio Group, Pitssford, as accountant in-charge for the firm's Small Business Advisory Team. NEW JERSEY

Janet Critchley and Matthew DiQuollo, financial analysts at Brinton Eaton, Madison, were awarded the certified financial planner designation.

NORTH CAROLINA

Tim York has been named partner-in-charge of Dixon Hughes Goodman's Dealer Services Group in Charlotte. York succeeds James Williams who worked with the firm for more than 35 years. The firm also appointed several to partner including; Steve Amigone, Amy Bibby, Lori Charlebois, Rise Flenner, Mike Kelly, Andy Page, Heather Snyder, Jon Tomberlin, David Vogler and Matt Wood. The firm also tapped a handful of employees as directors including; Tony Buffkin, Lynn LaCount, Jennifer Lambeth, Richard Livingston, Cindy MacAulay and Kevin Rayfield.

OHIO

Julie McFeely-Bailey joined SS&G, Akron, as a billing specialist. Gregory Miller, joined the Cleveland office as an associate in the tax department.

PENNSYLVANIA

Reinsel Kuntz Lesher, York, added eight new managers to the firm including; Kevin Eisenhart,
