Results Software Offers CRM Suite

Results Software has released the latest version of its Results CRM Suite software, with improved integration with QuickBooks and other products.

The customer relationship management software comes in both small business and enterprise editions of both the desktop and remotely hosted versions. Hosted versions include Results for the Web and the Results Time Management Portal.

The latest version of Results CRM Business Suite 2012 includes enhanced integration with outsidd products such as QuickBooks, SmartVault, Constant Contact and SharePoint.

New features include a full purchase order data entry module, along with support for bi-directional synchronization of purchase orders with QuickBooks. The software offers expanded project and job integration with QuickBooks to automatically capture job costs for labor, material, and other expenses. It also now has the ability to convert quote and estimate line items to assignable activities and tasks for professional services organizations.

The latest version also includes expanded support for QuickBooks price levels, including the ability to directly assign a contact to the appropriate price level. The software also now offers the ability to view the complete order history for any product being added to a quote, sales order, invoice, or purchase order.
Expanded integration with SmartVault’s document management software includes support for SmartVault Notes and for placing SmartVault Docs and Notes buttons on every data entry screen.

Enhancements for the online software, Results for the Web 2012 and the Results Time Management Portal, include an updated user interface featuring a streamlined menu with a ribbon view. The newly redesigned data management centers include column filtering and grouping. The Web software also offers support for the iPad and other tablets.
