WeiserMazars Expands its Health Care Practice with Merger

The T100 Firm finalizes its merger with Creative Health Concepts Inc.

WeiserMazars LLP has concluded its merger with the boutique health care consulting firm, Creative Health Concepts Inc.

Creative Health provides managed care related services to payers, providers and private equity firms, including network development, contracting, credentialing, accountable care organization development and executive search.

The new addition comes with two key executives and nine professionals. Creative Health Concepts’ founder and CEO Ira Gottlieb, and COO Debra Bornstein will join WeiserMazars as principals.

“Adding this experienced team to our health care group expands WeiserMazars’ service offering and positions our firm for further growth in this important area,” WeiserMazars managing partner Douglas Phillips said in a statement.
