BizPayO now integrates with QuickBooks

BizPayO, which provides an electronic payment system designed for accountants, now integrates with QuickBooks Desktop and Online. BizPayO was developed by Allan Ratafia, a practicing CPA in New York, and co-founder of Build Your Firm, a marketing company that publicizes accountant-made products. BizPayO is a standalone online payment processing tool that addresses the specific needs of accounting professionals by bundling payment, billing and client engagement functions. With the new integration, accountants can set up recurring payments and sync with QuickBooks from one platform.

YayPay smart A/R app certified by Acumatica

Cloud-based business management software provider Acumatica has certified YayPay’s predictive accounts receivable automation app. Acumatica recognizes development partners whose applications have met the standards set for Acumatica integration and functionality by designating them Acumatica-Certified Applications.

Noventis and Nexus partner to expand virtual credit card reach

Payments processor Noventis and AP automation provider Nexus have partnered to expand the reach of virtual credit card payments to suppliers serving the real estate industry. Noventis facilitates the automation of manual payments through its processing platform, which converts checks to virtual credit card payments and delivers them to its payment network of national and regional suppliers. The technology is designed to expand the reach of electronic payments to suppliers who are not equipped to accept standard virtual credit card payments.

“With the Noventis partnership, Nexus can offer its utilities, insurance and telecom suppliers an easy and automated virtual card payment process,” stated Jennifer Coolidge, Nexus president and founder. “Suppliers will be able to receive virtual credit card payments effortlessly and securely with no adoption requirements.”
