Deltek acquires WorkBook

Enterprise software developer Deltek has acquired Denmark-based WorkBook, a provider of management tools to the advertising agencies.

The move is aimed at boosting Deltek’s expansion in the creative industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

WorkBook has customers in over 40 countries around the world, with several hundred customers for its ERP solution, whose capabilities include CRM and forecasting, project management and resources, collaboration, and finance and accounting.
