Armanino Opens Corporate Finance Practice

Armanino LLP has started a Corporate Finance practice to advise business clients on mergers and acquisitions, along with sales of intellectual property and patents.

The new Corporate Finance practice will help clients with intellectual property and patent sales through a structured process that Armanino calls Auction90, in which it completes a competitive auction within 90 days.

Other services will include sell-side representation to help business owners and investors get the most value during an exit transaction. The firm is currently involved in several sell-side projects in the food and beverage industry, along with the semiconductor and technology industries.

Armanino’s existing Transaction Advisory practice has helped clients for decades with acquisitions by providing buy-side representation.

“For years, we have helped clients monetize their businesses during an exit,” said managing partner Andy Armanino in a statement. “Whether it’s a company at the end of its cycle or the retirement of founders and owners who are looking for help with a business sale and estate planning, Armanino gets the maximum value. Our new Corporate Finance practice will bring together our existing consulting solutions to provide clients with options on how best to proceed at the next step of their business lifecycle.”

Armanino specialized in servicing the technology, media and entertainment, food and beverage, life science, medical devices and manufacturing industries, among others. For more information on the new practice area, click here.
