Loscalzo Associates, a provider of live CPE programs to the accounting profession, has acquired Nichols Patrick CPE, a continuing education provider specializing in tax training.
Terms of the transaction were not released. Nichols Patrick CPE will continue to operate out of suburban Youngstown.

The two companies’ clients include state CPA societies and associations, regional and small public accounting firms, large and small businesses, and individual CPAs throughout the United States.
