Cohen Greve & Company adds A.F. Notaris & Associates

Detials: Cohen Greve & Company CPA PC ., an accounting, tax and advisory service firm, has completed a merger with A.F. Notaris & Associates, PC, a midtown Manhattan accounting firm.

“We are very pleased to have the accounting professionals Frank Notaris, James Demetri and Rebeca Wong become part of Cohen Greve,” said Managing Partner J. Timothy Sherman. “This merger will strengthen our ability to service existing clients and provide further depth to the accounting services we currently provide to medical and other professional practices.”

Mineola, New York based Cohen Greve & Company has maintained offices in New York City for many years, with clients that include privately held businesses in manufacturing, retail, distribution and transportation and professional service firms including law firm and medical professionals. To better accommodate the new members, Cohen Greve has leased and fully renovated new office space in midtown at 420 Lexington Avenue, Suite 2440, New York, NY 10170.

Rea & Associates and M.A. Hoops & Associates Merge

 

Details: Rea & Associates Inc., has merged with Lima-based accounting firm, M.A. Hoops & Associates, Inc., effective Sept. 1, 2014.

Later this fall, Rea’s existing Lima team will eventually relocate to the M.A. Hoops & Associates office at 2579 Shawnee Rd., Lima. While renovations are being completed, the team is temporarily working out of the existing Rea office on Baton Rouge Ave.
