John Panetta has joined Armanino LLP as tax director in the nonprofit practice area effective immediately. Panetta has provided a wide variety of tax, business and consulting services for tax-exempt organizations including income tax planning, IRS/state tax audit representation, assistance with legislative activity, multi-corporate transaction planning, and domestic and foreign expenditure planning for private foundations.

Bloomer, Geri & Company CPAs is proud to announce the promotion of Denise Gillman Godwin to accounting manager. Godwin joined the firm in August 2011 as accounting supervisor. Godwin is experienced in financial analysis, financial statements and corporate and partnership tax. For a number of years, she owned her own accounting firm.

Bryan Pautsch has been named partner-in-charge of Sikich LLP’s not-for-profit tax services practice. Stephen Lukinovich has been appointed as a location leader at MCM LLP in its Jeffersonville office. Lukinovich will be responsible for overseeing both the day-to-day operations in Jeffersonville, as well as for managing the office’s long-term goals and strategic direction.
