Prager Metis ranked 72nd on Accounting Today’s 2016 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $50.78 million in annual revenue. Last month the firm merged in a New Jersey firm, the Bernknopf Group (see Prager Metis merges in Bernknopf).

“We welcome their addition,” said Prager Metis co-managing partner David Neste in a statement. “We’re excited that this combination enables us to serve our entertainment business management clients better in the New York and Los Angels markets, as well as nationally and internationally, and for the Ditsky clients, joining forces establishes a deeper breadth of support and services.”

Ditsky’s firm dates back to 1969. It provides business management, tour accounting, tax, and valuation services for high-net-worth individuals in the entertainment industry and related entities.

“Prager Metis has a strong presence in the music and entertainment industry and extensive experience in many other areas,” Ditsky said in a statement. “The depth of their expertise in tour accounting, international tax law, and vast auditing capabilities will benefit my clients immensely. I’m very excited to join the Prager Metis team.”
