Intuit Debuts QuickBooks App for Mac Users

Intuit has introduced a new QuickBooks app for Mac that brings the QuickBooks Online environment to Mac users.

Users can access the app through the Mac menu bar. Menu bar notifications provide real-time alerts to users about a business. Other features include multiple-window support and keyboard shortcuts.

Intuit already offers iPhone and iPad apps as well. The apps automatically sync data between devices and users, so small business owners and their accountants can manage a business’s finances anytime from anyplace.

More than 600,000 companies and 1.5 million individuals now subscribe to QuickBooks Online globally, according to Intuit.

The QuickBooks app for Mac is free to download in the Mac App Store. QuickBooks Online subscribers in the United States can start using the app with their existing account login information at no additional cost. New users can create a QuickBooks Online account through the app and sign up for a monthly or annual subscription. More information is available at http://quickbooks.intuit.com/quickbooks-mac-app.
