Rainmaker debuts community for managing partners

The Rainmaker Companies has introduced a new growth-focused community for accounting firm managing partners.

The CEO Grow Community will offer training, networking, peer-to-peer learning, strategies, coaching, motivation and accountability tools to managing partners to help them lead their firms. The idea was sparked by feedback from managing partners with whom Rainmaker consultants work.

“The accounting profession is changing,” Rainmaker president Angie Grissom said in a statement. “What worked five or even three years ago simply will not continue to work. Information is readily available online for best practices, but that is not enough. The concept of CEO Grow is ideally suited to leaders who want to continue to learn and hone their skills while also leveraging a network of peers.”

Rainmaker has assembled a group of industry leaders, consultants and former managing partners to offer information, discussions, insights and perspectives for the CEO Grow Community. The community of managing partners will also drive the content and discussions within the group to make sure critical issues are being addressed.
