Sensiba San Filippo buys Kupperberg

Sensiba San Filippo LLP has acquired San Francisco-based CPA firm Kupperberg & Associates.

As part of the deal, partners Clifford Kupperberg, Pamela Seites and Ken Kupperberg will be joining SSF’s San Francisco, San Mateo and Pleasanton, California offices.

Sensiba ranked 23rd on Accounting Today’s 2016 Regional Leaders list of the Top Firms in the West, with $20.7 million in annual revenue.

“We are thrilled to have the Kupperberg team join our firm,” said SSF managing partner John Sensiba in a statement. “Firm culture is a top priority for us, and Kupperberg & Associates mirrors many of the same values that we hold in high regard here at SSF. Kupperberg specializes in accounting and tax services and litigation support.
