Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. is adding Gail Rosen, CPA PC, an accounting firm in Somerset County, N.J., effective June 1, 2017.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Rosen will continue to operate her firm at its current location in Martinsville, N.J., but under the W&G name. She and her staff will join the firm as a shareholder in charge of the Somerset County office. Rosen brings over 30 years of experience to W&G. She specializes in tax services and in helping new business startups and expanding existing businesses.

“Gail is someone I’ve known for at least a decade and I’ve always seen Gail as being a really high-energy, fun person,” said Wilkin & Guttenplan shareholder William J. McDevitt. “I’ve always looked at her and said she would be a great addition to our executive team.”
Rosen said she tries to enjoy life. “A number of people said, ‘You have a very similar culture to Wilkin & Guttenplan. When I go to their office or I go to your office, you both treat employees so well. One day, when you do look at merging, you really should look at Wilkin & Guttenplan.’ It’s like when someone tells you who you should marry.”
