The AICPA announced today that students representing the University of Kansas have earned first place in the 2015 AICPA Accounting Competition, earning a $5,000 award for their school. Nearly 100 employees from The Mercadien Group recently participated in a day of service for three local nonprofits - the Hamilton YMCA, HomeFront and Womanspace. Held at Rider Universitys Bart Luedeke Center last week, the event consisted of teams of Mercadien professionals assembling and decorating a variety of gifts for children, including bikes, rocking chairs, stuffed animals, blankets, ornaments and books, all donated by Mercadien.

Traditionally, connecting with referral sources and clients doesnt include running races, but members of the BKR International running group did just that, recently participating in races in Italy as well as a 10K fun run during the associations annual Worldwide Conference in Paris.
