Michael DeSiato, CPA, CFP, CExP is a tax partner in the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office of Cherry Bekaert LLP, where he provides proactive tax planning to those in the construction industry and specializes in helping business owners plan for the successful exit from their businesses.
