Net at Work names new chief professional services officer

Alan Lacher is the new chief professional services officer at New York-based professional services firm and tech consultancy Net at Work. Lacher will be charged with driving growth and introducing innovative, transformative programs for clients. Lacher began his career at Accenture as a solution engineer and has served in management and leadership roles at WinMill Software and Vitech Systems Group. Prior to joining Net at Work, he was division president at Custom Computer Specialists.

Corporate travel software company Traxo gets investment from Airlines Reporting Corporation

Traxo, which provides a corporate travel data capture solution, has received an equity investment from Airlines Reporting Corporation. The two companies announced a commercial partnership last month. Along with the investment, Sam Gilliland, former chairman and CEO of Texas-based Sabre Corp., and Lauri Reishus, chief operating officer and executive vice president of ARC, will join Traxo’s board of directors.

Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
