KPMG makes Diamond Tier status with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE

Big Four firm KPMG has achieved Diamond Tier status for Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Certified Implementer Program. ONESOURCE tax technology solutions provide tax compliance in every geographic region; KPMG has been an implementer of the software since 2010. The firm provides a set of services and technology to help customers in the areas of direct tax, indirect tax, global trade management and statutory reporting. In 2017, Thomson Reuters recognized KPMG with its Taxologist of the Year – Certified Implementer award for the “best use of technology to enhance tax functions.”

OneStream Software integrates advanced analytics, BI and visualization capabilities in latest release

OneStream Software, a provider of corporate performance management software for midsized to very large enterprises, has launched a new version of its product that includes advanced analytics capabilities, BI and visualization capabilities. The new capabilities are fully integrated as part of the OneStream XF platform. This includes built-in governed analytics capabilities that combine summarized financial data with detailed transactional data for improved insight in a secure, controlled environment as well as self-service dashboards that create visualizations to quickly share and analyze business trends across the organization.

Yahoo Small Business releases product to help start, build small businesses

Yahoo Small Business has released a new product, Business Maker, to help small businesses and aspiring business owners start, run, and grow their own business. Business Maker uses artificial intelligence to recommends specific steps and solutions based on where a small business is in its lifecycle. These could include enabling customers to create business plans, form a legal business entity, establish an online presence and collect payments.

In addition, Yahoo Small Business has introduced its first physical retail solution, with a point-of-sale product to help storeowners manage sales and inventory.
