CohnReznick, New York, announced its digital advisory practice formed an alliance with finance automation company Tipalti to give clients access to the platform. (Read the full story.) In other firm news, CohnReznick announced that Global M&A Network recognized its transaction advisory team with three awards at the sixth annual USA Middle Market M&A Atlas Awards: Outstanding USA Transaction Advisory Firm; Growth Investment Deal Award; and Claudine Cohen, managing principal of the firm's Value360 practice, was named a Top USA Women Leader during the Top USA Women Leaders & Deal Makers Awards.

LMC, New York, announced a partnership with Goldglit & Co., a New York City-based professional services firm for the art market, to provide enhanced value to clients of both firms by broadening the range of services and solutions available to art galleries and artists.

The Bonadio Group, Pittsford, announced that the firm ranked No. 26 on Construction Executive's list of The Top 50 Construction Accounting Firms in 2024.

DMJPS, Greensboro, launched the Be Greater Scholarship, designed to celebrate the firm's 75th anniversary by investing $75,000 over the next five years to support selected students from colleges and universities across North Carolina.

Giovanni Sabatini, former general manager of the Italian Banking Association, was appointed to serve as a trustee of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation. Nina Arundel was appointed RSM International's global leader of business development and marketing. Previously with RSM UK, she brings over 20 years of professional services experience and will now lead global business development, branding and marketing communications from RSM's Global Executive Office in London.

MSA Alliance joined BKR International as a member firm.
