On the move: CohnReznick names a new CFO

Kate Peachway has joined CohnReznick as a partner and chief financial officer. She brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, investing, and business leadership, most recently, as CFO of a global capital markets technology company.

Paul Becht and Amy Joyce have joined Sheehan & Co., Brightwaters, as a partner and as director of private client services, respectively. Becht brings over 30 years of experience overseeing audits and reviews of companies across a variety of industries, while Joyce brings more than 25 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated fiduciary income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.

OHIO

Angela Lewis, a partner at Crowe has been named chair of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Society of CPAs for 2026-2027. Gregory Jonovich, a division CFO at Materion Corp., will serve as chair-elect and become board chair for 2027–2028. Courtney Clark will serve as past chair, and Brandi Carson as vice chair of finance. In addition, Emily Chaffee has joined the board as a new director.
