Forvis Mazars named David Tate, who previously served as managing partner for the firm's Louisville-Southern Indiana practice unit, as managing partner of its health care consulting practice, Louisville, succeeding Kevin Locke, who is retiring May 31. The firm also named Jennifer Williams market leader for Louisville, succeeding Tate.

MICHIGAN

UHY Advisors
Joseph Serra, recently senior partner at Metzler Locricchio Serra & Co., joined UHY as a managing director in the tax practice, along with MLS team members Monica Malloy and Nick Zobel, who will all be based in the Great Lakes offices.

CohnReznick hired Nicholas Papke as managing director in the transaction advisory practice and Robert Frezza as managing director in the national restructuring and dispute resolution practice.

Wipfli announced the extension of its partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles, continuing its role as the organization's "official accounting firm." The firm has served as the Eagles' independent auditor for more than eight years, supporting the organization's financial practices and business operations.
