The International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board, Toronto, announced that in 2022 it will have a majority female board for the first time, with 10 women and eight men making up the board as of Jan. 1, 2022. The four new members are: Abdullah Al-Mehthil, Saudi Arabia; Claudia Beier, Switzerland; Maik Esser-Müllenbach, Germany; and Liang Yang, China.

CONNECTICUT

The Financial Accounting Standards Board, Norwalk, appointed two new members to its Investor Advisory Committee: Catherine Mealor, managing director at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, and David Pizzimenti, senior equity analyst at Amundi Asset Management.
