Sax Wealth Advisors ranked No. 14 on Accounting Today's 2026 list of the Top Firms by AUM, with $5,715,000,000 in assets under management. The firm has made seven acquisitions this year, adding close to $860 million in AUM, as well as 10 team members.

As part of the deal, Lighthouse principal and wealth advisor Martin Parlato of Ponte Vedra, Florida, will be joining Sax Wealth Advisors.

"Martin brings decades of experience and deeply rooted client relationships to our platform to strengthen our overall team," said Kyle Stawicki, managing partner of Sax Wealth Advisors, in a statement. "His expertise, paired with our integrated approach to wealth management, allows us to further extend the same client-first philosophy that defines Sax Wealth Advisors, and we look forward to a smooth transition for him and his clients."

Sax Wealth Advisors plans to continue growing through acquisition in the future. Its parent firm has also been on a bit of an M&A tear since it received a minority investment from private equity firm Cobepa in July of last year. It has made more than half a dozen acquisitions this year, including SFS Financial earlier in August.
