ALABAMA

Kassouf, Birmingham, promoted: Julie Parker, and Kami West to managers; Ashley Burns to supervising senior; and Levi Blalock, Jeremy Green, Matthew Jardell, Phil Johnston, Kerry Jones, Sarah Oaks and Cheryl Wisner to seniors.

CALIFORNIA

Kim Spinardi was promoted to partner at Hamilton Tharp, Solana Beach, where she has worked for three and a half years.

Nathan Matthews was appointed executive chairman and Sanjay Sheth as managing partner, succeeding Matthews, at CNM, Los Angeles. The firm also announced plans to open its first international office in Asia, to be led by CNM partner Beatrice Leong.

MGO promoted to partner: Angel Naval in the Los Angeles office and Benjamin Lau in the San Francisco Bay area.
