Intuit, Mountain View, hosted its first North American Black History Month Roundtable Feb. 1 to address the challenges faced by Black-owned businesses. Titled Health and Wellness for Small Businesses, the event featured actress, producer, director and entrepreneur Tracee Ellis Ross, journalist Soledad O’Brien and accountant Nayo Carter-Gray, CEO and founder of 1st Step Accounting. The roundtable will also feature data from a recent QuickBooks survey on the mental, physical, social and financial well-being of Black small business owners in the U.S. and Canada.
