Scott Fleszar was appointed chief operating and strategy officer at cPaperless SafeSend, Los Angeles. Fleszar previously held various leadership positions at Thomson Reuters during his more than 20 years with the company, most recently head of customer propostion. In this new role with cPaperless SafeSend, Fleszar will be responsible for optimizing the organization’s operating capabilities, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and establishing new programs.

Mike Powers was hired for the newly created role of chief administrative officer at Fulcrum Partners, Ponte Vedra.

Rex Voorheis was named chief information security officer at Crowe, the first at the firm, and Steve Strammello was named the new chief risk officer. Voorheis has been with Crowe for 20 years, most recently leading the enterprise information security and privacy functions. Strammello has been with the firm for 26 years and succeeds Fred Bauters, who will be retiring in April 2020.
