OnPay currently offers accountants and bookkeepers a full-service payroll, HR and benefits solution. The software offers a dashboard and flexible permissions so accountants can play either an active or passive role in managing payroll, depending on the needs of specific clients. OnPay also offers customizable integrations with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.

“The OnPay Partner Program that launched last year makes it possible for firms to provide a higher level of service to all their business clients, regardless of their industry or size,” said Mark McKee, president and chief operating officer of OnPay, in a statement. “Katelyn is a dynamic leader who will reinforce our commitment to streamline payroll and HR services for accountants and bookkeepers.”

“We’re really in the perfect place right now,” stated Sullivan. “Many accountants and bookkeepers are ready to take on a larger, more strategic role with their clients, and I’m excited to use my experience helping accountants adopt new technology to show more firms what OnPay can do for them.”

Since the launch of the OnPay Partner Program, the company became a Xero certified app partner, released a complete suite of HR tools and was named the exclusively endorsed payroll solution for American Dental Association members.
