Marilyn Millare, former partner at HMWC, Tustin, has died. She was remembered by family and friends, including members of the firm who have worked with her since she joined in 1977, becoming a partner in 1985. For many years, Millare headed the firm’s tax department, and she sat on the board of CRS, the firm’s pension administration company. She retired in 2013.

CONNECTICUT

Jill Kovalich was hired as a partner and chief marketing officer at Integrated Growth Advisors, Hartford.

GEORGIA

Samit Shah was hired as a principal in the transfer pricing services group at Dixon Hughes Goodman, Atlanta.

KENTUCKY

Michael Gilliam was hired as a manager of cybersecurity services, on the cybersecurity team, at Dean Dorton Allen Ford, Lexington.

Julie Bell Lindsay was named executive director of the Center for Audit Quality, succeeding Cindy Fornelli, who is retiring after 12 years in the role and will continue at CAQ through May 2019 to ease the transition.
