Karla Chavez Luna (pictured) was named to the shareholder group at Gumbiner Savett, Santa Monica. Luna, who specializes in tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals and their multi-generational families, with a special emphasis in estate and trust planning, is the first Latina to become a shareholder at the firm.

Kemp Moyer was hired as a senior manager of the valuations and appraisals practice at BPM, San Francisco.

Bora Chung was hired as senior vice president of product at Bill.com, Palo Alto. Chung previously worked in various product-related roles at eBay, Apple and PayPal.
Anita Anand (pictured) was promoted to director at Brady Ware & Co., Atlanta.

Frazier & Deeter, Atlanta, named three members of the firm to partner: Andrew Case and Matthew Foster in the tax practice and Jerry Johnson in the audit practice.

Kyle Stemple, east central Ohio regional president in the New Philadelphia office of Rea & Associates, earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation.
