CALIFORNIA

Todd Larson, managing director in valuation in the Los Angeles and Woodland Hills offices of SingerLewak, was appointed to the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Laura Srsich, partner in the Denver office, was elected chair of the board of directors at Eide Bailly.

ILLINOIS

Partners and principals of Grant Thornton, Chicago, elected Muhammad Bhayat, Jim Peko and Seth Siegel to the partnership board and reelected Dave Wedding as chairman.

Cameron Petroff was hired as marketing director at Sikich, Naperville.

Lee White was appointed executive director of the IFRS Foundation, London, following the departure of Yael Almog.

VIRGINIA

Greg Wallig was named Metro DC office managing partner at Grant Thornton, Arlington, where he was worked since 2005. He succeeds Jamie Fowler in the role, who now serves as national managing partner of tax services.

WASHINGTON

Lance Lamprecht was named office managing director in the Seattle office and Susan Swartz was named regional managing director in the West Region, at Andersen Tax.

Kathleen McGovern was hired as a principal in the fraud investigation and dispute services practice at Ernst & Young. McGovern was with the U.S. Department of Justice for the past 14 years, most recently serving as Senior Deputy Chief in the Criminal Division, Fraud Section. In other EY news, James Mackie was appointed co-director, alongside Robert Carroll, of the Quantitative Economics and Statistics group, which he joins after retiring from serving for a decade as director of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Tax Analysis, and more than 30 years at the Treasury.

WISCONSIN

Jill Boyle, senior manager in the not-for-profit and higher education practices at Sikich, Brookfield, was named one of the city’s top 40 leaders under the age of 40 by the Milwaukee Business Journal, recognized for her commitment to nonprofits in her professional and personal life.
