Brian Becker was appointed national consulting leader of RSM, following various leadership roles he’s held in the firm’s consulting practice since 1998, most recently as national technology and management consulting leader and leader of consulting in RSM’s central region. In this role, he will lead RSM’s consulting practice and serve as a members of the firm’s national leadership team, reporting directly to managing partner and CEO Joe Adams.

Scott Ozanus was appointed chairman of the Americas Region of KPMG by unanimous election of the firm’s Americas Board, choosing him to succeed Bill Thomas, the firm’s newly elected global chairman. As regional chairman, Ozanus will join KPMG’s Global Board and Executive Committee and maintain his current role as deputy chairman and chief operating officer of KPMG, which he has held since 2012.

James Dalkin was appointed incoming chair of the Consultative Advisory Group to the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, New York, effective April 1. His appointment, approved by the Public Interest Oversight Board, follows his election by representatives of the IAASB CAG.
