Hauppauge, N.Y. (June 28, 2004) -- As the number of bilingual clients increases, software vendors are adding Spanish elements to their software. The newest company to jump on board is AccountantsWorld with Accountant’s Office Online, which is now available in Spanish.

The Spanish version will give accountants serving the Hispanic business community the ability to demonstrate the same services, content and solutions they currently provide on their Web sites, in either Spanish or English.

Orlando, Fla., CPA Ruben Toro uses Accountant’s Office Online and is looking forward to the Spanish version to serve his 80 Spanish speaking individual clients and corporations. “I have Hispanic and Brazilian businesses, and they’re not fluent in English. This will allow them to better understand the payroll and tax services I offer,” says Toro.

Accountant’s Office Online allows accountants to create Web sites consisting of templates, customizable content and sample text, and offers features to enhance client relationships, such as payroll, accounting, time and billing and accounting services.

In addition, Rome, Ga.-based Universal Tax Systems’ TaxWise Program has the ability to show both English and Spanish tax forms, and Bellevue, Wash.-based Orrtax Software offers Spanish marketing materials and dedicated Spanish-speaking support personnel, although the IntelliTax software is not in Spanish.

Accountant’s Office Online cost $695 per year.
