Top 100 Firm Dean Dorton acquired Associates in Resource Management, a Louisville, Kentucky-based provider of medical billing and revenue cycle services, effective Oct. 1.
The deal expands Dean Dorton's physician client base and grows its presence in Kentucky.
Dean Dorton, based in Lexington, Kentucky, ranked No. 69 on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list. It reported $107.6 million in revenue, with 50 partners and 575 employees across eight offices.
"Our clients are seeking more specialized services, particularly in the healthcare industry, and this helps us bring our expanded resources to even more physician groups," Nikki Corbett, healthcare services director of Dean Dorton Healthcare Solutions, said in a statement.
