Nonprofit and government accounting software developer AccuFund Inc. has acquired Outreach Suite, a Software-as-a-Service fundraising and constituent relationship management solution.
The company plans to rebrand Outreach Suite as AccuFund CRM, and will present it as a complement and extension to the fund management capabilities of its AccuFund Accounting Suite and AccuFund Online.
"The AccuFund Accounting Suite has powerful capabilities for enabling effective grant management, but by adding functionality on the fundraising side, we enhance our overall offering to nonprofits and provide them with a more comprehensive solution," said AccuFund president Peter Stam in a statement. "By acquiring Outreach Suite, we can both extend our accounting solution for our nonprofit customers and reach new areas of the nonprofit market with robust fundraising and accounting tools."
