AccuFund Upgrades Accounting Suite

AccuFund has enhanced its AccuFund Accounting Suite with point-of-sale and electronic funds transfer features.

In Version 3.07 of the nonprofit accounting software, AccuFund's cash receipts module now has a point-of-sale screen that displays unit prices and quantities that are tied to current inventory. The cash receipts module also includes the ability to use automatic EFT features to directly withdraw the amount due from a customer's checking account for recurring bills such as utilities and property taxes.

Users of the enhanced human resources and grants management modules can now establish what fields are required, how fields are arranged, and which fields are the defaults. The enhanced human resources and grants management modules also allow the ability to create specific views of data.

Improvements to AccuFund's accounts payable module include the ability to record manual checks that have been used to pay accounts payable bills that were previously entered in the system. With the AF query module, department heads can now modify budgets in the budget development module.
