Cloud-based enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software provider Acumatica has formalized its channel partner program, offering partnership levels, new certification requirements and improved training.
The Acumatica channel has grown to approximately 150 worldwide partners, and the latest move offers advantages to existing partners, as well as future resellers of the product.
Acumatica’s expanded partnership and resale program involves gold and silver levels to recognize the amount of training and commitment to Acumatica, with gold partners receiving the highest margins and additional marketing opportunities.
Acumatica will also continue to distribute 100 percent of its leads to the channel partners, with “highly committed partners” receiving preferential treatment when geographical location and vertical expertise are similar.
In addition, Acumatica is developing several new training courses and implementing a credit hours program so partners get credit for their time investment in Acumatica. Free online and phone support is also available to Acumatica partners.
“We are maturing, and the most important part of this is showing our real commitment to a real partner business model,” said Acumatica chief marketing officer Stijn Hendrikse. “We want to have the best margins for VARs committed to selling Acumatica so they can count on our business proposition. We are also making sure the partners that have invested in us in the past few years are recognized, as well as partners for the future recognize we are committed to their future.”
