ADP Enhances Electronic Invoicing

ADP has enhanced the electronic invoicing offering from its ADP Procure-to-Pay Solutions (P2P) platform to help boost productivity for midsized and large businesses.

The latest enhancements to ADP’s P2P electronic invoicing include the extension of existing invoice collaboration tools, improved visibility and access to accounts payable data, more advanced coding capabilities and a mobile application.

Specifically, ADP has added advanced messaging for invoice collaboration; more comprehensive access to their accounts payable data and transaction-level information; more advanced coding; and a mobile version that allows users approve, view, forward, dispute and/or add comments to invoices from their mobile device.

“We consistently hear from our customers that they want more automation, more visibility and more control. These enhancements are designed to give our customers what they need to run as efficiently as possible,” said Leon Busch, vice president and general manager of ADP P2P Solutions. “ADP is a leader in providing innovative solutions that help businesses of all sizes be more strategic and drive their businesses forward. The latest release of our P2P solution continues this tradition and helps ensure we can position our clients to spend less time on invoice management and more time on building their business.”
