ADP said Monday that small businesses using the company’s online payroll management offering, RUN Powered by ADP, along with those utilizing its human resources outsourcing product ADP TotalSource, will now be able to access the ADP Mobile Solutions app.
ADP estimates that the expanded availability will result in more than 100,000 additional ADP clients with the ability to access a variety of their HR and payroll information using a mobile device.
The company said that since the software’s introduction in July, more than 8,000 ADP clients are now using the ADP Mobile Solutions app.
“The rapid adoption and overwhelmingly positive response to the ADP Mobile Solutions app among our clients and their employees are a strong indication that organizations are realizing the benefits of an empowered mobile workforce,” said Don Weinstein, senior vice president of product management at ADP. “The ADP Mobile Solutions application helps clients ensure that their employees are engaged and productive, by giving them access to the tools and information they need, whenever and wherever they need them.”
The ADP Mobile Solutions app is currently available to ADP clients who operate in the U.S. and use one or more applicable ADP offerings such as payroll, time and attendance, and benefits. There is no additional charge to use the ADP Mobile Solutions application, which is available for download through the Apple App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.
