Business process automation software maker Aestiva has released a new system to manage time tracking, expense tracking and the invoicing process for professional organizations and professionals who bill clients for professional services.
Built on Aestiva’s electronic forms technology and browser-native software environment, Aestiva Time and Billing was designed to be customized to a professional services organization’s needs and integrate with external accounting and human resources systems. It is installed on standard servers. Users can access the application via an intranet or the Web from any browser or operating system.
Optional extensions can be added to the basic package, including offline and union-specific time sheets; multi-language extensions; credit card expense importing; ACH interfaces; pre-travel request and approval flow forms; policy flagging; and receipt-imaging via email.
