New York (Sept. 11, 2002) -- CFO.com has hooked up with the American Institute of CPAs to deliver a series of Webcasts for financial executives.Beginning this month, CFO.com and the AICPA plan to rollout two quarterly Webcast series for a total of eight Webcasts.
One Webcast series, The Securities and Exchange Commission Quarterly Update, will take place approximately two weeks prior to the end of each calendar quarter and will discuss current SEC regulatory, accounting and reporting, and Division of Corporate Finance issues. The first two-hour Webcast in the SEC Quarterly series will take place Sept. 19.
The other Webcast series, The CFO Roundtable, will address current topics and issues facing CFOs and controllers, including topics like off-balance sheet financing, auditing, ERISA, and xBRL.
