Anchin donates $10K to City Harvest

Top 100 Firm Anchin announced this week that they have donated $10,000 to food bank City Harvest and its "Skip Lunch Fight Hunger" campaign. The donation, a firm record, qualified Anchin as one of the top 25 teams donating to the campaign.

Greg Wank, Anchin's food & beverage practice group leader, presented the check to City Harvest at the firm's "Food For Thought: State of the Food and Beverage Industry" event on June 8.

"Being a responsible member of our community is an important part of our firm culture," stated Frank Schettino, Anchin's managing partner. "We seek out opportunities to make a positive impact, and our employees earnestly rally behind them because it's the right thing to do."

Anchin's Community And Recreational Events (CARE) initiative has made similar donations in the past, including to organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, the New York Blood Center, and an ongoing sponsorship benefitting New York P.S. 8, part of the "Adopt-A-School" program.
