Illinois CPA Society opens manager survey

The Illinois CPA Society is fielding responses for its new Manager Experience Survey. 

The survey is targeted at accounting and finance professionals within their first five years of managing others, both current managers and those who have transitioned out of the role within this time.

As the accounting profession has spent years focusing on its early-career talent, given the labor shortage and an ongoing pipeline problem, this ICPAS research aims to put a spotlight on the managers who are responsible for developing and retaining that talent.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential and will be reported only in aggregate data. Participants will be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 Amazon gift cards at the end of the survey.
