For when the ease of sending Outlook meeting invites is complicated by multiple prior email threads nailing down a date that works for all invitees, Doodle provides an a shortcut.
The app sends out a poll to all potential meeting attendees so everyone can click the grid on the window of time that works best. The app works with a user’s calendar to avoid conflicting meetings, while automatically syncing all appointments.
The paid premium edition also includes extra features like custom designs and SSL encryption.
